I would like to disable a certain port if LLDP reports that the end device's ethernet port is e.g eth2
the reason is that end device has two ethernet ports and it must be connected to eth1 but if it is connected to eth2
it is causing issues so if for some reasons plugs the cable to eth2, link shouldn't come up.
I wonder if there is a built in solution. I checked lldp and interface config stanza but I can't see anything.
I can still do it via an external script but then I need to scan the devices and it won't be event driven.
