EX4200-48P with dual PSU - about 240W power consumption ?

Hello,

I've got a refurbished EX4200-48P switch, see config below. When I plug the only PSU, the power consumption on wattmeter is about 140W, when I plug the second one, the load goes up almost twice (about 240W). Is it normal behavior? Nothing is plugged in and PoE is disabled on all ports. What if I would put a 320W PSUs inside, could the power consuption be lower? I do NOT need PoE.

Thank you.
