EX4200- Not passing ospf packet

Hi,

I have an issue with one of the EX4200 switch which seems to not passing the OSPF packets. The EX4200 is used as L2 aggregation device to extend a VPLS connection but the adjacency not coming up. All other legs in that VPLS are up (NOT using EX4200 on any other site). Using ver 12.3R10.2

Does anyone come across such situation where the OSPF/multicast or other control packets blocked or not processed correctly by EX4200?
