Hi Guys,
I tried to copy files using HTTPS from a remote file system to an EX4200 (Junos 12.3 R8.7) with the following command:
file copy https://<host>/<dir>/file.txt /var/tmp/
Unfortunately, I got the following error message:
SSL support disabled fetch: https://<host>/<dir>/file.txt: Authentication error error: file-fetch failed error: could not fetch local copy of file
Can anyone tell me, what the statement "SSL support disabled" means in this context? Can SSL support be enabled in any way? And why do I get an authentication error? The file is accessible without using a username and password.
The interesting fact is that I also tried it the same way using an EX4300 (Junos 14.1X53-D30) and it worked without any problems.
Would be great, if anyone experienced the same behavior and would be able to support in this case.
Thanks in advance,
Benjamin
