i need you advice on below issue.
i want to limit speed on interface ge-0/1/3 to 10Mbps, but this command set interfaces ge-0/1/3 ether-options speed 10m, has no impact as i am still seing 200Mbps on the graph.
i tried to disable auto-negotiation because it was enabled by default, then by disabling auto negotiaton, the link seems to be down, i cant ping an IP of the conected device on this interface ge-0/1/3, but interface is up.
your advice are highly accepted.
